The HECM Virtual Mini-Bootcamp

This Mini-HECM Bootcamp is a LIVE and FREE(!) 2-day, 8-hour total exposure session (including homework!) of detailed product and program training and education for those MLO’s who are desiring to quickly enter the reverse mortgage market. The instructors, with many combined years of HECM product, program knowledge and origination/leadership skills will lead participants through a rigorous and complete curricula of topics including but not limited to pre-qualification, matrix scenario interaction, origination, backroom processing, underwriting, closing, servicing, sales and marketing information and documentation in a group learning classroom environment. EPIC, our complete Pipeline Management/LOS software solution and application is demonstrated and utilized (provided free to our Partners after sign-up) and we also offer marketing brochures, loan processing – samples available.
