Welcome to the open resource training and education section of our corner of the HECM World. At CCB Reverse we strive to provide you with the most current and helpful insight and support to assist in your Senior American interaction with the HECM Product.
If you are new to the HECM program, our classes, training resource documents and one-on-one option to work with a CCB Reverse Ambassador will accelerate your market entry and increase your skills and knowledge,
Most importantly, please remember, we believe a HECM loan cannot be sold, but rather the transaction results when you provide the appropriate customer education which gives way for an informed borrower loan choice.
A note about our classes:
Unless otherwise noted, our classes are LIVE, FREE and OPEN to reverse mortgage professionals (they are not offered for consumer use) regardless if you are a Partner of CCB Reverse or just getting to know us!

This Mini-HECM Bootcamp is a LIVE and FREE(!) 2-day, @8-hour total exposure sessions (including homework!) of detailed product and program training and education for those MLO’s who are desiring to quickly enter the reverse mortgage market.
The instructors, with many combined years of HECM product, program knowledge and origination/leadership skills will lead participants through a rigorous and complete curricula of topics including but not limited to pre-qualification, matrix scenario interaction, origination, backroom processing, underwriting, closing, servicing, sales and marketing information and documentation – in a group learning classroom environment.
EPIC, our complete Pipeline Management/LOS software solution and application is demonstrated and utilized (provided free to our Partners after sign-up) and we also offer marketing brochures, loan processing – samples available.
The HECM Bootcamp will put you at the forefront of addressing Senior needs for financial independence, longevity and lifestyle maintenance components of a retirement strategy.
Less than 3% of today’s eligible Seniors have a HECM and Baby Boomers will all reach the eligible age of 62 by 2030 to utilize a HECM as a component of their retirement strategy – each day this demographic becomes a growing origination opportunity you need to address in your origination and marketing efforts.
